About Me
“ I am a Senior at the University of Houston-Downtown, studying Computer Science! My journey studying Computer Science has been a rollercoaster. Initially, I didn't have much faith in my abilities to program and work hands on with technology, being I had no prior experience. However, upon applying myself and studying endlessly, I began to pick-up on the basics of programming and navigate through my coursework. However, this was not enough for me. I often found myself disinterested in programming, specifically back-end. It wasn't until I had my final Data Structure and Algorithms course, that I spoke with a Professor of mine about my concerns and interests. She swiftly prompted me to begin checking out front-end technologies and I instantly found my passion. Since then, I've embarked upon a journey learning HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and many more! ”
